OPENVIBE Records is an independent label specialized in digital distribution and the promotion of musical projects. The label accompanies artists in the preparation, online placement and visibility of their releases on streaming platforms.

The site does not offer any member space, comments, user connection and file uploading area by visitors. The data collected comes only from contact and artist application forms.
Contact form: name, e-mail address, message, information voluntarily provided. Use: meet demand and follow up.
Artist application form: name/pseudonym, e-mail address, information about the musical project, streaming or download links, photographs or visuals provided voluntarily, links to download video clips, consent to the right to the image if checked, information necessary to prepare the contract. Use: study of the application, preparation of the distribution contract, realization of the visuals if requested, organization of the musical output, communication with the artist. One box « You certify having read the FAQ before sending your application » can be present to ensure that the artist has read the necessary steps.
3. Graphic and visual data
Artists can provide a pouch, photographs, promotional visuals or videos via download link. These elements are used only for graphic production if requested, publication on music platforms and promotion on the label's social networks. Visitors to the site cannot upload images.

An ID can be requested at the request of the distribution partner or if the artist wishes the label to publish the lyrics of the song. As a security measure, after validation by our partners, the identity document images are destroyed. It will therefore be necessary to provide them again if further verification is required.
